Expresses Ohio's support for Texas's efforts to secure the southern border and prevent unlawful entry to the United States.

Affirms and supports Governor DeWine's deployment of the Ohio National Guard and Ohio State Highway Patrol to assist Texas in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, and encourages continued assistance.

Commends the members of the Ohio National Guard and Ohio State Highway Patrol for their efforts to secure the southern border and their service to Ohio and the United States.

Supports legal immigration to the United States and welcomes all legal immigrants who desire to work, prosper, and assimilate into the country.

Directs the Clerk of the House to transmit copies of the resolution to the President, Congress, Ohio's congressional delegation, and news media of Ohio.
