Urges the federal government to select Ohio as the permanent headquarters location for the United States Space Command, which is currently temporarily located in Colorado.

Highlights Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio as one of the largest and most complex U.S. Air Force bases with a history spanning from the Wright Brothers to the Space Age.

Notes Wright-Patterson AFB serves as headquarters for the Air Force Materiel Command, a major Air Force Medical Center, the Air Force Institute of Technology, the 88th Air Base Wing (5,000+ personnel), and the 655th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing.

Identifies Ohio's federal resources including the National Air and Space Intelligence Center, Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright-Patterson AFB, the 178th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Group at Springfield Air National Guard Base, and NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland as uniquely positioned to support U.S. Space Command.

Directs the House Clerk to transmit authenticated copies of the resolution to the President, Congress, Secretary of Defense, Ohio's Congressional delegation, and Ohio news media.
