Proposes to add Section 23 to Article I of the Ohio Constitution to establish a constitutional right to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife as a valued part of Ohio's heritage.

Grants the people the right to hunt, fish, and harvest traditionally pursued wildlife using traditional methods, subject only to state laws and rules for wildlife conservation and preservation of hunting and fishing.

Designates hunting and fishing as the preferred means of managing and controlling wildlife in Ohio.

Does not limit application of existing laws regarding trespass or property rights.

Requires submission to Ohio voters at the November 5, 2024 general election and takes effect immediately upon approval by a majority of voters.
