The St. John's Jesuit High School boys 1600-meter relay team won the 2023 Division I State Championship with a time of 3:13.94.

Team members Caleb Kelly, Caleb Root, Tre Green, and Joseph Taylor are recognized for their remarkable energy, enthusiasm, and dedication.

Coach Steve Spenthoff is credited with providing guidance that contributed to the team's outstanding success.

The House of Representatives commends the team for exemplary achievement and recognizes the lessons of discipline, perseverance, hard work, and good sportsmanship they demonstrated.

The Clerk of the House of Representatives is directed to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the St. John's Jesuit High School boys 1600-meter relay team.
