Recognizes her first-place finishes in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:49.87 and the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 4:52.77.

Commends her demonstration of talent, integrity, leadership, and dedication during the 2023-24 swimming season.

Acknowledges her positive impact on teammates, fans, opponents, coaches, and family through her athletic achievements.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Milly Leonard.
