Acknowledges his roles in the motion picture "Great Balls of Fire," MTV promos, and the documentary "Mojo Manifesto," as well as collaborations with musicians including John Doe, Jello Biafra, and Dave Alvin.

Honors his two decades as the voice of "Outlaw Country" on SiriusXM radio and his radio career beginning on WEBN-FM in Greater Cincinnati.

Directs the House Clerk to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to McMillan's family and urges Ohio citizens to play his music and reflect on his life.
