Requires workers' compensation to cover post-exposure medical diagnostic testing for peace officers, firefighters, and emergency medical workers exposed to blood, bodily fluids, or drugs/chemical substances during employment.

Expands coverage to include exposures through splash or spatter in eyes or mouth, puncture wounds, cuts, or other skin openings.

Extends workers' compensation coverage for medical testing to corrections officers and detention facility employees exposed to bodily fluids or chemical substances.

Modifies medical release form requirements under workers' compensation law to allow use of standard forms and ensures medical records relate causally or historically to workplace injuries claimed.

Updates definitions of "firefighter," "emergency medical worker," and related terms to include volunteers and air ambulance personnel, and applies new provisions to claims arising on or after the bill's effective date.
