Creates a new "Porsche Club" specialty license plate in Ohio for vehicle owners, with logo and words selected by Ohio chapters of Porsche Club of America and approved by the registrar.

Requires a $10 contribution per registration and renewal that goes to the license plate contribution fund, plus a $10 administrative fee to the public safety-highway purposes fund.

Contributions must be paid to the national Porsche club organization for educational seminars, Porsche Club of America juniors programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, support of club chapters in all fifty states, and national and regional events.

Amends section 4501.21 of the Revised Code to add the new license plate to the existing license plate contribution fund structure that distributes funds to various charitable and educational organizations.

Repeals existing section 4501.21 and replaces it with a new version that includes the Porsche Club plate distribution details.
