Creates "St. Vincent-St. Mary High School" specialty license plates available to Ohio vehicle owners, with plates designed by school representatives and approved by the registrar of motor vehicles.

Requires a $25 contribution per registration and renewal, plus a $10 administrative fee, deposited into the existing license plate contribution fund to support various Ohio charities and organizations.

Establishes that contributions from these plates are paid to St. Vincent-St. Mary High School located in Akron through the license plate contribution fund mechanism.

Amends section 4501.21 of the Revised Code to consolidate and reorganize the distribution of all specialty license plate contributions to charitable organizations, schools, and civic groups across Ohio.
