Allows courts to issue, modify, or extend child support orders for children over 18 who have a mental or physical disability that began before age 18 and makes them incapable of self-support, regardless of age of majority.

Defines "person with a disability" as someone with a mental or physical disability whose disability began before reaching age of majority and makes the person incapable of supporting or maintaining oneself.

Prohibits child support enforcement agencies from issuing administrative child support orders for persons age 18 or older, but allows agencies to request courts take action under this law to provide support for disabled individuals.

Child support orders issued under this law may be terminated by court upon satisfactory proof that the person is no longer mentally or physically disabled or is capable of supporting themselves.

Court must comply with existing child support calculation rules in Chapters 3119, 3121, 3123, and 3125 when making or modifying support orders for disabled adults under this new authority.
