Designates the northeastbound and southwestbound lanes of Interstate 90 between East 55th Street and East 72nd Street in Cuyahoga County as the "Lance Corporal Jimmy Rizzo Memorial Highway"

Authorizes the Director of Transportation to erect suitable markers along the designated highway section indicating its memorial name

Adds new section 5534.662 to the Ohio Revised Code
