Changes the prescribed ballot order to list state, district, and county judicial offices together on the nonpartisan ballot rather than separating them by partisan or nonpartisan status.

Repeals existing sections 3501.01, 3505.03, 3505.04, and 3513.257 and replaces them with amended versions reflecting these nonpartisan ballot requirements for higher court judicial candidates.
