Enacts section 3737.834 of the Revised Code to establish reciprocity for mobile food service operation fire code inspections and permits across Ohio jurisdictions.

A favorable inspection or permit issued by one fire code official must be accepted as conclusive evidence of compliance with all state fire code and local fire regulations addressed by that inspection or permit.

Conclusive evidence remains valid for the duration specified in the inspection report or permit, or one year from the inspection date or permit issuance if no duration is specified.

Fire code officials are prohibited from requiring additional inspections or permits during the validity period to demonstrate compliance with provisions already addressed by the prior favorable inspection or permit.
