Enacts the Creating a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair (CROWN) Act to prohibit discrimination based on hair texture and protective hair styles such as braids, locks, and twists in public and private primary and secondary schools

Defines "race" to include traits associated with an individual's race, including hair texture and protective hair styles, for purposes of employment discrimination law under Chapter 4112

Applies anti-discrimination protections to all public schools, community schools, STEM schools, college-preparatory boarding schools, preschools, and chartered nonpublic schools in Ohio

Allows individuals alleging violations to bring civil actions in any court of competent jurisdiction

Amends sections 3314.03, 3326.11, 3328.24, and 4112.01 of the Revised Code to incorporate the new protections across school types and employment law
