The department handles all administrative activities including cost-sharing coordination and payments to providers, with authority to delegate to third-party entities

Appropriates $10,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund for fiscal year 2025 to fund the Child Care Cred Program, with provision for additional certification of funds if needed
