Director of commerce, in consultation with director of veterans services, shall create a veterans' benefits and services poster

Poster must include information about department of veterans services programs and contact details, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs crisis line, substance abuse and mental health treatment programs, educational and workforce training resources, tax benefits and exemptions, armed forces designation availability on Ohio driver's licenses, unemployment benefits eligibility, legal services, and any other relevant veteran benefits

Employers in Ohio may voluntarily display the poster in a conspicuous, accessible location on their premises

Director of commerce shall provide copies of the poster to employers free of charge upon request
