Amends Ohio Revised Code section 2313.06 to require commissioners of jurors to include names from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (registrar of motor vehicles) in the annual jury source list.

Expands jury source list to include residents with valid driver's licenses or identification cards issued after January 1, 1984, who are 18 years or older and would be eligible voters if registered, in addition to the existing voter registration list.

Requires elimination of duplicates when merging the voter list and motor vehicle list to create the annual jury source list.

Excludes from the jury source list persons with confidential voter registration records and participants in the address confidentiality program per Ohio law.

Applies to supplemental jury source lists that may be added during the jury year with court approval.
