Amends section 1901.08 of the Revised Code to change the Lebanon Municipal Court judge position from part-time to full-time, with the judge elected in 2027.

The part-time judge of the Lebanon Municipal Court elected in 2021 shall serve as a full-time judge from the effective date of this amendment until December 31, 2027.

Repeals existing section 1901.08 and replaces it with the amended version containing the full text of municipal court judge provisions for all Ohio courts.

The full-time judge of the Lebanon Municipal Court must perform duties of a full-time judge and is subject to all restrictions specified in law for full-time municipal court judges.
