Enacts section 4141.433 of the Revised Code to require legislative approval of certain executive actions related to federal unemployment compensation programs.

Authorizes the General Assembly to disapprove agreements or orders issued by the governor or director of job and family services to implement voluntary federal unemployment programs created after the bill's effective date.

Applies to voluntary programs that provide increases in weekly benefit amounts, duration of benefits, total benefits payable, or other compensation, assistance, or allowances for unemployment.

Requires the governor or director to rescind any disapproved agreement or order as soon as practicable upon adoption of a concurrent resolution by the General Assembly.
