Ohio ratifies and enters the Interstate Massage Compact (IMpact), a multistate licensing agreement for massage therapists that becomes effective when enacted by the seventh member state.

Establishes the Interstate Massage Compact Commission to administer the compact, composed of one delegate from each member state appointed by that state's licensing authority.

Creates a "Multistate License" pathway for massage therapists who hold an active single-state license, have 625+ clock hours of education, pass a national licensing exam, and meet background check and criminal history requirements.

Requires member states to participate in a coordinated data system to share licensure information, adverse actions, and disciplinary records to protect public safety and prevent licensure fraud.

Designates Ohio's State Medical Board to select and maintain a delegate to the Interstate Massage Compact Commission within 60 days of the compact's effective date.
