Proposes to amend Section 1 of Article V of the Ohio Constitution to allow voters to register on Election Day and vote in that same election.

Removes the current 30-day voter registration requirement, instead allowing registration "at any time, including on the day of the election in which the person wishes to vote."

Requires voter approval by majority vote at the November 7, 2023 general election before the amendment takes effect.

Retains other voter eligibility requirements including U.S. citizenship, age 18 or older, state/county/township/ward residency, and the four-year voting participation rule.

Amendment takes effect immediately upon voter approval and repeals the existing version of Article V, Section 1.
