Honors Sydnee Sinn, a senior at Wayne Trace High School, for her outstanding performance at the 2023 Division III State Track and Field Meet

Won her second consecutive title in the 400-meter dash with a state record time of 55 seconds

Placed second in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:15.72 and helped the 1,600-meter relay team secure first place for the second straight year with a new state record of 3:54.85
