Ross Miller is being honored for nearly twenty-four years of service to the Ohio Legislative Service Commission, joining the Legislative Budget Office in 2000 as an economist.

Miller served as chief economist beginning in 2008 and was instrumental in the success of H.B. 1, which guided Ohio's budget during the Great Recession.

Miller was promoted to division chief in 2011 and worked in the TAX group, where he gained esteem for his patience, adaptability, and insight.

The Senate salutes Miller for his meaningful contributions to the Ohio Legislative Service Commission and extends best wishes for a happy, healthy retirement.
