Acknowledges March 3, 2023, as the 145th anniversary of Bulgaria's re-establishment as a free and sovereign nation

Reaffirms the 120-year bonds of friendship and cooperation between the United States, Ohio, and Bulgaria, and commits to strengthening these bilateral relationships

Directs the Senate Clerk to transmit authenticated copies of the resolution to the Consul General of the Republic of Bulgaria in Chicago
