Authorizes the Western Ohio National Speech and Debate Association to use the Ohio Senate Chamber and hearing rooms on March 18, 2024, for its Congressional Debate Tournament.

Permits the organization to conduct mock legislative debates in the Senate Chamber, allowing participants to experience firsthand the rules and procedures of the state legislature.

Use of facilities is contingent upon availability of the Ohio Senate Chamber and hearing rooms on the specified date.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the Western Ohio National Speech and Debate Association.
