Permits Ohio YMCA Youth and Government to use the Ohio Senate Chamber and committee rooms on February 29-March 1, 2024, and March 21-22, 2024 for its High School State Assemblies Program, contingent upon facility availability.

Authorizes the use of state legislative facilities to provide students with an accurate depiction of how state government operates and legislation is created and processed.

Recognizes that participation in the High School State Assemblies Program prepares students to become productive members of society and better-informed citizens.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Ohio YMCA Youth and Government.
