Acknowledges the AMA's sponsorship of nearly 3,000 motor sports competition events annually, organization of the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame, and preservation of motorcycling historical artifacts.

Recognizes the AMA's advocacy efforts for the rights and interests of all motorcyclists and its demonstrated ability to achieve goals through clear objectives and firm resolve.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the American Motorcyclist Association.
