Delays the deadline for major political parties to certify their 2024 presidential and vice presidential candidates to Ohio's Secretary of State until the effective date of the bill.

Allows parties to transmit certification by hand delivery, U.S. mail (certified, express, or ordinary), commercial carrier, facsimile, or electronic mail.

Defines "major political party" according to section 3501.01 of the Ohio Revised Code.

Applies retroactively to candidate certifications required under section 3505.10 and official ballot form certifications under section 3505.01 of the Revised Code for the 2024 general election.

Designates the provision as remedial legislation intended to prevent major party presidential and vice presidential candidates from being inadvertently excluded from the ballot.
