Prohibits foreign adversaries, their citizens, governments, and businesses headquartered in or controlled by foreign adversaries from purchasing "protected property" in Ohio, which includes agricultural land, property within 25 miles of military installations, and property within 25 miles of critical infrastructure facilities

Requires county auditors to collect affirmations from grantors and grantees during property transfers confirming whether they are prohibited from acquiring protected property under the law

Mandates the Ohio Secretary of State to maintain and publish a registry of foreign adversaries based on federal terrorism and national security lists, updated at least every six months

Authorizes county sheriffs to investigate violations and county prosecutors to initiate court actions that can result in forced sale of property acquired in violation, with proceeds distributed to pay court costs, lien holders, and then to the county general fund

Allows persons who owned protected property before the effective date to retain it but prohibits additional acquisitions; property acquired through inheritance or debt collection must be divested within two years
