Foreign entities not domiciled in the United States are prohibited from entering into consumer legal funding or commercial litigation financing agreements in Ohio

Attorneys must disclose the existence and contents of funding agreements to the Attorney General within 14 days of case resolution, which will be published on a public website with consumer-identifying information redacted
