Third-offense secret recording of adults in private places increases from a second-degree misdemeanor to a third-degree felony

Third-offense recording under/through clothing increases from a first-degree misdemeanor to a third-degree felony

Third-offense secret recording of minors in private places increases from a fifth-degree felony to a third-degree felony
