Employers who knowingly violate minor employment laws face a $50,000 fine per violation, with separate fines assessed for each minor illegally employed, in addition to existing criminal penalties

Creates the Minor Labor Law Enforcement Fund in the state treasury to receive fines collected under the new $50,000 penalty provision, with funds used by the Department of Commerce to enforce child labor laws

Appropriates $150,000 for fiscal year 2026 and $150,000 for fiscal year 2027 to hire enforcement staff, funded by a $300,000 transfer from the General Revenue Fund
