Amends the definition of "Manufacturer" in Ohio's Alcohol Franchise Law to exclude beer producers making less than 250,000 barrels per year from franchise requirements

Small craft breweries below the 250,000-barrel threshold would no longer be subject to sections 1333.82 to 1333.87 of the Revised Code governing manufacturer-distributor relationships

The Alcohol Franchise Law regulates contractual relationships between alcoholic beverage manufacturers and distributors, including requirements for good faith dealings and exclusive sales territories

All other definitions in the law remain unchanged, including those for alcoholic beverages (beer and wine), distributors, franchises, and sales territories
