Provides participants with sliding-scale stipends for health insurance premiums, deductibles, and child care expenses, while offering subsidies to participating employers

Requires development of a digital application to calculate participant income, connect users with resources and mentors, and provide educational materials, potentially in collaboration with InnovateOhio

Appropriates $10 million in FY 2026 and $10 million in FY 2027 from the General Revenue Fund, with annual reporting to the General Assembly on program outcomes
