Amends Ohio Revised Code section 4301.13 to allow retail liquor permit holders to offer a 10% discount on dealcoholized beverages (wine with less than 0.5% alcohol by volume) when purchased alongside a case of wine in the same transaction.

Dealcoholized beverage is defined as wine processed to remove alcohol so it contains less than one-half of one percent alcohol by volume.

A "case" is defined as 6 to 12 bottles of wine, which do not need to be the same brand, variety, or volume.

The existing 10% case discount on wine remains in place; this bill adds the ability to extend that same discount to dealcoholized wine purchased concurrently.
