Amends Ohio's public indecency statute (Section 2907.09) to change terminology from "private parts" to "private area" as defined elsewhere in the Revised Code, while maintaining the existing breastfeeding exception

Creates a new offense of "adult cabaret performance" defined as performances in locations where minors may be present that are harmful to juveniles or obscene, including performances by individuals "who exhibit a gender identity that is different from the performer's or entertainer's biological sex"

Establishes penalties for unlawful adult cabaret performances: misdemeanor of the first degree if performed in presence of a minor under 18; fifth-degree felony if obscene; fourth-degree felony if obscene and presented to a child under 13

Exempts bona fide film, theatrical, or artistic endeavors that are not obscene or harmful to juveniles, and exempts performances in private residences where no minors are present

Adds violations of the adult entertainment establishment law to grounds for liquor license suspension or revocation by the Ohio Liquor Control Commission
