Director of Commerce must create a veterans' benefits and services poster in consultation with the Director of Veterans Services

Poster must include: Department of Veterans Services programs and contact info, VA crisis line information, substance abuse and mental health treatment programs, educational and workforce resources, tax benefits, armed forces driver's license designation, unemployment benefits eligibility, and legal services

Employers in Ohio may voluntarily display the poster in a conspicuous location accessible to all employees

Director of Commerce must provide copies of the poster free of charge to employers upon request
