Increases employer contribution rates for police officers from 19.5% to 24% of salaries, phased in over five years with 1% annual increases starting the first July after enactment

Maintains the firefighter employer contribution rate at 24% of salaries

Authorizes the Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund board to further adjust employer contribution rates if the fund's unfunded liability amortization period exceeds 30 years, with adjustments limited to 1.5% over three years (0.5% maximum per year)

Requires any rate adjustments for police and firefighter employer contributions to be identical

Repeals existing reporting requirements for the pension fund board when amortization periods exceed 30 years and eliminates section 742.311 of the Revised Code
