Creates the Ohio International Trade Commission to advance trade, investment, and collaboration between Ohio and Japan, Ireland, Israel, and two additional nations designated by the Director of Development

Commission purposes include multilateral trade and investment, joint research agreements (particularly with Israel on electronic and cyber warfare capabilities), business and academic exchanges, technology centers, and mutual infrastructure investment

Commission consists of 14 members: 3 state senators, 3 state representatives, and 8 members appointed jointly by the Director of Development and Adjutant General representing various partner nation communities and interests

Members serve without compensation; legislative members serve 2-year terms, other members serve 4-year terms; initial appointments due within 90 days of enactment

Creates the Ohio International Trade Commission Fund in the state treasury, funded through solicitations, gifts, grants, and bequests, to cover administrative expenses and commission activities
