Creates new offense of "trafficking in pressed pill fentanyl" with penalties ranging from third-degree felony (base offense) to first-degree felony with mandatory maximum prison term for 500+ unit doses or 50+ grams

Establishes mandatory 5-year minimum prison term for involuntary manslaughter convictions when the victim's death involved lethal levels of fentanyl and autopsy results are consistent with opioid overdose

Requires death certificates to indicate "fentanyl poisoning" as cause of death when toxicology shows lethal fentanyl levels and the death is not ruled suspicious or violent

Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 2925.03 (drug trafficking), 2929.14 (sentencing), and 3705.08 (death certificates), and enacts new section 2941.1427 for fentanyl-related specifications

Named "Logan's Law" and sponsored by Representatives Deeter and Williams in the 136th General Assembly (2025-2026 session)
