When multiple organized groups claim to be the rightful county central or executive committee, each group must file a list of its officers and members with the board of elections under section 3517.06 of the Revised Code

The board of elections must certify the filed lists to the state central committee of the relevant political party

The state central committee must meet within 30 days of receiving certification to determine and certify which committee is recognized as the rightful county central or executive committee
