Prohibits Ohio public entities from purchasing or acquiring small unmanned aircraft systems (drones) manufactured or assembled by covered foreign entities, including those domiciled in or controlled by China or Russia

Bans use of state funds for drones from covered foreign entities, including funds awarded through contracts, grants, or cooperative agreements

Requires public entities to cease operating foreign-manufactured drones by May 1, 2027

Defines "covered foreign entity" as entities on U.S. Department of Commerce screening lists, domiciled in China or Russia, under control of those governments, or subsidiaries of such entities

Applies to all state and local government bodies, including boards, commissions, agencies, state colleges and universities, and other entities created by Ohio law
