Removes firearm mufflers and suppressors from Ohio's definition of "dangerous ordnance" under Section 2923.11 of the Revised Code, eliminating state-level criminal restrictions on their possession

Deletes the existing exemption in Section 2923.17 that allowed suppressor use only for hunting with proper federal registration, as the exemption becomes unnecessary once suppressors are no longer classified as dangerous ordnance

Removes the requirement in Section 1533.04 that hunters using suppressors must be authorized under state and federal law and registered under the National Firearms Act, simplifying suppressor use for hunting

Amends three sections of the Revised Code: 1533.04 (hunting regulations), 2923.11 (weapons definitions), and 2923.17 (unlawful possession of dangerous ordnance)
