Establishes the Ohio Task Force on Gun Violence consisting of 13 members including the Governor, Attorney General, Chief Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court, agency directors, 6 legislators (bipartisan appointments from both chambers), and 2 community members working on gun violence reduction

Task Force must hold its first meeting within 30 days of the effective date to select leadership, then meet at least monthly thereafter

Members serve without additional compensation beyond their regular employment duties

Task Force must examine gun violence prevalence statewide, evidence-based reduction programs, best practices, community revitalization efforts, criminal justice solutions, and social determinants of health affecting victims

Required to submit a report with findings and recommendations to the General Assembly within one year, after which the Task Force dissolves
