Expands Ohio's domestic violence offense (Section 2919.25) to include victims with whom the offender is or was in a dating relationship, in addition to family or household members

Defines "dating relationship" by reference to Section 3113.31 of the Revised Code, covering current dating partners or those within the 12 months preceding the offense

Adds two new categories to the "weapons under disability" firearm prohibition (Section 2923.13): persons convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence and persons subject to a domestic violence protection order or consent agreement

Maintains existing penalty structure where violations range from fourth-degree misdemeanor to third-degree felony depending on prior offenses, with mandatory prison terms when the offender knew the victim was pregnant

Amends the relief from disability process (Section 2923.14) to account for the new firearm prohibition categories
