Creates a new "Blue Knights L.E.M.C." specialty license plate honoring the Blue Knights International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club

Available for passenger cars, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, trailers, and other approved vehicle classes

Requires a $10 administrative fee in addition to standard registration taxes and fees

Plate design including logo and wording to be selected by Blue Knights representatives and approved by the registrar of motor vehicles

Administrative fee revenue deposited into the public safety - highway purposes fund to cover Bureau of Motor Vehicles costs for issuing the specialty plates
