Creates a new "DoItForJack" specialty license plate in Ohio, with design and logo selected by the Jack Quehl Foundation and approved by the registrar of motor vehicles

Requires applicants to pay the regular license tax, a $10 administrative fee, and a $20 contribution to obtain the plate

Directs the $20 contribution to the license plate contribution fund, with proceeds paid to the Jack Quehl Foundation to support its activities

Deposits the $10 administrative fee into the public safety - highway purposes fund to compensate the Bureau of Motor Vehicles for issuing the specialty plates

Amends Ohio Revised Code section 4501.21 to add the Jack Quehl Foundation to the list of organizations receiving specialty license plate contributions
