Municipal corporations and townships may adopt an ordinance or resolution to allow Sunday sales of intoxicating liquor under D-6 permits without requiring a local option election

Local governments must send a copy of any adopted ordinance or resolution to the Division of Liquor Control

Local option elections remain valid and can supersede any ordinance or resolution adopted under this provision

Amends existing law to add the new section 4301.392 as an alternative authorization pathway for D-6 permit Sunday sales alongside the existing local option election process
