Requires applicants to pay the regular license tax, a $10 administrative fee, and a $22 contribution to obtain the plate

Directs the $22 contribution to be deposited into the license plate contribution fund and paid to Save22, which may use the funds for any purpose the organization determines necessary

Adds Save22 to the existing list of over 200 organizations that receive contributions through Ohio's specialty license plate program

The $10 administrative fee is deposited into the public safety - highway purposes fund to compensate the Bureau of Motor Vehicles for processing costs
