Prohibits knowingly operating a drone over another person's land or premises without authorization, and prohibits reckless operation when no-trespassing notices are posted via signs, fencing, or direct communication

Requires drone operators to leave airspace above private property after receiving direct notification from the owner or occupant

Bans using drones to record (video, photo, audio, streaming) any person in a location where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy

Prohibits using drones to record another person's private property, including animals or objects on that property, without authorization

Makes violations a fourth-degree misdemeanor under Ohio law
